When you join the community, I collect your first name and email address.

If you contact me using the form on this page, I collect your name, email address and your message.

Like most websites, the platform this site runs on may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, so the site can load and work properly.

I use your details to welcome you to the community, to send you information about it and about building your hub, and to reply to you when you get in touch.

I rely on your consent to do this. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from any email I send or by contacting me.

This site is built and hosted on ESTAGE, and the details you submit are stored in my ESTAGE account. If I use other services to send emails or run the community, they will only process your details on my behalf.

I never sell your personal information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

If any of your information is processed outside the UK, I will make sure the protections required by UK law are in place.

I keep your details for as long as you are part of the community. If you leave or ask me to delete them, I will remove them, unless I need to keep a record of your request.
